CityPartners joined the development team of Lowe Enterprises in the acquisition and entitlement of the Hilton Washington. After a $140 million renovation and the development of residential units, the interior of the Hilton has been rejuvenated. Along with this renovation, the addition of the sleek Hepburn apartments has added to the already beautiful landscape of the hotel. This development also provides neighborhood serving upgrades and amenities including a new luxury health club and pool, redesign of Florida, 19th and T Street edges and upgraded the food and beverage facilities.
